PROCESS
Application – connect with us online, by phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you.
Initial screening interview – we will connect with you and chat about what your plans are and arrange an interview time.
Interview – either face to face or via Zoom, we will meet with you and conduct an interview. At this point we will make sure that we have all your verification documents including your qualifications and referee contact details.
Verification process – following your interview, we will conduct our vetting process which includes talking with your referees and if required, complete a Police Vetting application.
Onboarding – once we have completed your interview and our vetting process, successful applicants will be invited to join us for an onboarding induction.
First assignment – we will work with you and ensure we offer you shifts in your preferred location that best match your skills.
Ongoing support – always at the end of the phone 24/7, we are always here to support our team. Whether you have a question during a shift or just want to give us a call to let us know how you are doing, we will always be there for a chat.
